Tongan 2 part Cake Stencil - Now a Mesh Stencil

Amanda Coker from Flakes, Cakes and Muffins requested this Tongan inspired design (bottom tier) which I made into 2 parts - for stability and so breaks weren't shown on the cake. 
I just adore what she did with it and those colours are Beautiful! (on the second tier Amanda has used the ibicci Koru 3 cake stencil)

Working with Tongan and a lot of the Pasifika designs, I quickly found that they work better in Mesh stencils, so I have added this option.
NOTE: If the 2 part stencils are ordered but are not in stock, a Mesh stencil may be sent out instead.

Stencils are quick to use and enhance the cookies or cakes you are decorating. Common ways of using stencils are with magnetic frames, by using magnets on the corners of the stencils, or simply held by hand. Cake stencils can be taped, pinned or held in place by the use of net. ibicci stencils are primarily made for decorating cookies and cakes however the stencils can be used to apply designs on a wide variety of surfaces including walls, wood, fabric, glass etc. 

Mesh stencils are more labour intensive having 8 processes instead of the 4 that normal stencils take. This is reflected in the price. (One set of Mosaic Lines and Spaces took 16 minutes to cut and a further 63 minutes to weed, back, peel, apply mesh, unpeel backing, trim and package)

The ibicci Cake Stencils measure approximately 11.75"x8.25” / 30x21cm and most designs are cut to allow the stencils to be trimmed as required for placement on the sides and/or tops of cakes. ibicci stencils are made out of reusable, sturdy food safe .007mil plastic
Ensure Mesh stencils are fully dry before storing. An iron may be used on a very low setting to flatten mesh stencils but care must be taken.
